History Behind Web Wagering A Career in Casino … Gambling
Feb 232010

First to clarify the reason I wrote this essay. I have been gambling online or at a brick and mortar casinos for a great many years. I have learned, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it up until you are beaten. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I’ve gone through many thousands of dollars in only a short period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go too far. It appears you’re just having a blast until you start to be aware of your losses and the guilt settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can get it back" constantly. It does not works. Then you become queasy in your gut and the more you try the quicker you are deprived.

When you see that you’re ahead, STAY on the UP! When you begin to lose, do not tell yourself, "well perhaps just one more" and over and over again, believe me, this concept hardly ever works. Say you’re playing on slots, have a bankroll set to the side prior to starting your action. Don’t go over that limit, no matter how tempting. If you actually win, put that in a different pot. Do not spend your winnings no matter what. As soon as you’ve gambled through your original set limit, call it a day. Leave, regardless if it’s on the web or at a physical betting house, do not stay around. Always remember, there is going to be another day, another time.

Remember, betting should be FUN not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you are not having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcannot manage the cost, don’t even begin.
